Bear Alert - Squamish Valley Rod and Gun Club

Bear Alert

Bears frequent the club grounds. Please do not leave any food scraps or wrappers at the range in garbage cans or anywhere on the grounds. Even a wrapper can cause a bear to go through a garbage can. Please take all food scraps and wrappers away with you. Please do not approach the bears. They are wild and are dangerous when they feel threatened especially when young bears are involved. Squamish is a  Bear Aware community.

A cease fire must called when wildlife is on the range and continue until the range is clear.
